Cancellation Policy

Swing Fit Golf Club™ values your business and your time and we politely ask that you act out of courtesy for fellow members and respect the Club’s scheduling policies.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 4 hours in advance. Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another member or guest to access that booking time.

How to Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance by calling (513) 815-5855 during normal business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Any cancellations with fewer than 4 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Clients who miss their appointments or are more than 15 minutes late without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled appointment.

Swing Fit Golf Club™ reserves the right to allow another guest to use the bay after 15 minutes and will charge a no-show fee.

Members who do not show up for a booking are subject to a $35 no-show fee.

Memberships

Membership cancellations received within 48 hours of renewal may be eligible to receive a full refund.

Cancellations received after 48 hours and before 10 days may be eligible to receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received after the stated 10 day deadline will not be eligible for any refund.

How to Cancel Your Membership

Membership cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Members may also cancel by directly clicking the ‘Cancel’ button within their client subscription email that is delivered monthly upon membership renewal.

In addition:

• All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
• Yearly memberships require 12-month term from date of registration – if membership is canceled prior to completion of the 12-month term, Swing Fit Golf Club™ reserves the right to charge the remaining total of monthly payments to complete the yearly membership term in full.
• Play Elite and Play Better membership lessons will expire upon membership cancellation, however, Members may exercise the option to change to the Practice Membership in order to use all remaining lessons. 
• All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be cancelled.
• The above policies apply to all Swing Fit Golf Club™ memberships unless otherwise noted.
