Swing Fit Golf Club™ is a premiere golf facility for serious golfers. We value your business and ask that you respect your fellow members and the Club’s scheduling policies.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another member to access that booking time.
How to Cancel Your Booking
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (513) 815-5855 during normal business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Any cancellations with fewer than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
Clients who miss their appointments or are more than 10 minutes late without giving any prior notice will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Swing Fit Golf Club™ reserves the right to allow another guest to use the bay after 10 minutes and will charge you the no-show fee.
Members who do not show up for a booking are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
Membership cancellations received within 3 days of renewal may be eligible to receive a full refund.
Cancellations receive after 3 days and before 10 days may be eligible to receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel Your Membership
- All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be cancelled.
- The above policies apply to all Swing Fit Golf Club™ memberships unless otherwise noted.
